Fillet Steak
Ingredients:
Fillet Steak
1 tbs olive oil
Mushrooms (to taste)
Sauce:
Butter (1 knob)
Red Wine
Creme Fraise(50g)
Mustard (1 teaspoon)
Seasoning
Cooking Instructions:
Fry one tablespoon of olive oil. Hot at first to brown both sides
quickly. Then reduce heat and fry for two minutes or until juices
run clear - for well done. Add some mushrooms to the pan while
cooking.
When steaks are put on plates, quickly add to the pan one
knob of butter. When melted quickly add some Red Wine, 50g creme
fraise, a teaspoonful mustard and some seasoning. Allow the mixture to
thicken, but watch it!
Serve immediately on top of the steak. Delicious!
You have to drink the rest of the wine of course. We have!
