Our flock of sheep graze the same land as the cattle and the lambs are all naturally fattened on grass, with some forage rape and turnips later in the year. Our sheep are all Cheviot ewes and they are crossed with a Texel tup to give us good sized and shaped prime lambs.
They lamb at the end of April and into May to coincide with grass growth. Later on in the summer months some are grazed on our heather hill.
Corrie, our Border Collie who got a bit over enthusastic and broke his toe while working this spring, letting one of this years lambs know who is in charge.

"Just a note to say how much I have enjoyed your produce that I recently purchased.
Both the Beef and Lamb were superb and met my expectations wholeheartedly. You have a product to be truly proud of and long may you continue to farm in the way you do.
Would I purchase from you again? Absolutely without a doubt.
