Some of our Organic Cheviot Sheep grazing on our organic highland farm Our flock of sheep graze the same land as the cattle and the lambs are all naturally fattened on grass, with some forage rape and turnips later in the year. Our sheep are all Cheviot ewes and they are crossed with a Texel tup to give us good sized and shaped prime lambs.
